Did you know...
...that the 35-80/f2.8 lens is actually larger than the 14-54 that came with
my E-1?
Here, all along, we've been grousing on how "large" the lenses are for
digital cameras. By the time I put a winder on the OM body and with the
35-80 zoom, the rig is almost identically sized to the E-1 rig (minus
vertical battery grip). Unlike the OM system, though, the E-1 kit doesn't
get any smaller.
The 35-80 is one really really sweet lens! Thanks Jim! A full report to
