It even amazes British themselves ....
An old patient of mine is from an Oxford family, but born in Montevideo.
I mean, I've known her for years - decades now, and very frequently I
can't guess if she's pulling my leg.
She even plays the role of being my analyst, and I realize so when it's
too late !!
