Hi Bill,

I do have the split image screen with the microprism field surround.  
It is absolutely
brilliant for the central area, but my post was referring to the matte  
area closer to the
sides of the image: My style of photography requires good accuracy  
away from the centre of
the field, and focus-recompose is very inaccurate.
