Thanks, all.  I have forwarded the message to spoof@xxxxxxxx.  It 
smelled very strongly of spoof but I was confused by seeing ebay.com in 
the link.  Nevertheless, I know enough not to click on unsolicited links 
and should have realized that the IP address at front was taking precedence.

I get 50 to as many as 100 spam messages per day including occasional 
ebay and PayPal spoofs.  But this approach was a new one on me.
