Yep. 'robotex' IP lookup is your friend (http://www.robtex.com/ip/).
For you, starting with 74.181.105.141, you get "74.181.96.0/19 Proxy
registered route object" and click on the IP address link for that subnet to

For the reported spam, starting with 68.157.228.170, you get
"68.157.224.0/21 error" [not sure why "error"] and click on the IP address
link for that subnet to see:
