Not only the E-3, but also the E-420 and quite soon the E-520 too.

Not likely, but the E-510, E-420 and L1 should be steals; the L10 is
also cheaper than the E-3 methinks. Also you can get some nice glass
and wait for an affordable body, and that is what I would do.
