You're wise to stay away. I just checked them out on
ResellerRatings.com and they get a score of 0.14 out of 10 after
averaging 437 reviews. So low that it's laughable.
<http://www.resellerratings.com/reseller_list.pl?keyword_search=bestpricecameras.com>

Here's just a part of the very first review
"I ordered it. But it felt... well, weird. No one has that camera for
that price. I got suspicious and called them up. After calling up 3
times just trying to verify my order and being dropped to voice mail
twice i finally got to talk to someone who told me tried to up sell me
because supposedly the one at that price is the OEM body, no manual,
software, battery etc... he suggested that i get the the retail kit for
1199 or something. A fair price to be honest but no where near the 799.
I said no thanks, just give me the OEM. He then said that the OEM would
be at least 6 weeks. After how hard it was to just talk to them i said
that they should just cancel it."

But they obviously use schills. Here's another comment from that reviewer:

They have like 5000+ positive reviews on this site. So sad.
