Probably Thailand. My D200 is made in Thailand. Canyon
seems to still make their camera's in Japan. I was
surprised that even the Xti is made in Japan. I am not
totally convinced that Chinese made Dslr's have the
same quality as Japanese/Thai/Malay counterparts.
