As long as it's inside your weather sealed E-1 with the lens installed
it will be OK. But if you remove the shutter, tie it to a string and
drag it around you will probably encounter problems... especially if
it's muddy. But, if you do that, it's likely that you have other
problems and I do mean you and not the camera.
