The adapter is just a bit of metal that changes OM-style flanges into
4/3-style flanges, and nothing else.

So any OM mount lens will work on any 4/3 body. (yes, on the panasonic
ones, too, and yes, any (ie 3rd party as well) OM lens).

The reason the adapter lists some lenses as supported is that there
can be exposure issues with non-4/3 lenses, and the ones that Olympus
list are the ones where they're happy things won't go too badly wrong.
Of course, chimping will sort that out.

The only possible gotcha is lenses which protrude a long way back from
the flanges hitting the mirror, but that'll actually be marginally
_better_ on 4/3 than OM bodies, because the adapter gives you extra room
-- so anything that worked on an OM body will work on a 4/3 body.
(unless I'm missing something here)
