I suggest that you may not be having a problem with your color in this shot.

I didn't see cyan in the hair, but I also checked in an editor. I know
some apps show the color values under the cursor. I used PS. On the
bright areas of the newspaper that haven't clipped, the RG & B channels
are all quite evenly balanced, as are the CYM channels, which have C the
highest less often than the others.

So I conclude there is no overall color cast to the brighter part of the
image. The shadows show, if any bias, one toward red

In the lighter areas of the sweater, the C channel is at 40-50+% and the
other channels are below 10%, and sometimes zero. That part of the
sweater is almost pure cyan. The hair, on the other hand, is a very
mixed bag. There are some places in the highlights where cyan
predominates, but they are right next to others that are neutral or
where magenta predominates.

Using Select=>Color Range and selecting many points of the sweater, none
of the hair is selected until the tonal broadness is such that quite a
bit of the pants are selected, too.

I think there are only very small and subtle bits of cyan in the hair,
but the pants are also that way, while newspaper in the sun is neutral.
So I suspect that the cyan hints are a result of the lighting the shade,
as opposed to hair tinting.

Looking at the shadows, it appears closer to noon than late day color,
so it appears the neutral color balance in the sunlit area is correct
for a daylight film. It is possible to pull down the cyanin the brighter
areas a little, resulting in a slightly warmer. later day looking light
in the sunlit area and a slightly more natural daylight tonality to the
shadow areas. Pretty much a matter of taste
