Yes, it will suck out the dust - but the air it sucks out with the dust will
be replaced by air coming into the camera from the outside.  Thus OK if you
will be using it in a "clean room" with electrostatic dust precipitation
equipment.  If not, it's not obvious that you would be doing anything other
than exchanging old dust for new.

Hi all,

Some time ago one big-box store here was selling miniature vacuum cleaners
that were powered by AA batteries.  "My" camera technician used his for
cleaning cameras etc.  The advantage is that the dust etc is not driven
deeper into the camera, but extracted immediately it is loose.

Any comment on these?
