Thanks for the info guys. Oddly enough, if I trip the shutter using the
body's shutter release, and then press the winder's shutter release, the
film advances without any problem and the camera is ready for another shot.
Not ideal, but I mainly use the winder to balance a 70-210 zoom so the extra
step isn't too bothersome.
