I have. It receives a reasonable amount of media attention every now and
then, and rightly so. Though I've not encountered anyone directly
involved in it. Well, at least not had it come up in conversation anyway!
The world is small enough that half the locals surrounding me here in the
lab may well have been on it! We're all about the right age to have been
through the program in its earlier years.
