Ahh, but I'm still here! Just not posting a whole lot, because I get
the digest, and that makes it a bit harder to reply to a thread.
Still happy with my various OMs (1N, 2N, 2S, 4T, PC), lenses (Zuikos,
Tamrons, Tokinas, Soligors, Vivitars), and flashes (Olympus, Sunpak,
Vivitar)... I owe much of my Olympus collection to Tom Scales, Bill
Barber, Bill Stanke, Mike Lazzari and John Hermanson, among others.
Though I really like my Olympus Analog gear, I'm leaning towards a
Pentax K10D for my first excursion into the digital world - Before
stumbling into Olympus with a really great fang (OM-4T/50mm f/3.5
Macro/Halliburton case in like new condition for $75!) I was a long
time Pentax user, starting with an original Spotmatic bought when I
was a Summer Intern with Honeywell in 1967 (still have it, works
great), and including a 6x7 set up as well as an Auto 110... would
like to be able to use some of my OM mount lenses on my future DSLR,
but I will just have to forego that, I guess...
By the way, I'm 62 (June birth date) and enjoying retirement!
