The diagonal beam piercing the head needs to be cloned out. The molding
on the steps paralleling her wrist and forearm is a bit of a distraction
as well but not as bad as the head piercing beam.
The light fall-off to the left and the consequent blending of the elbow
with the background wood is also a little distracting. I think I'd crop
this one from the waist up and clone out the head piercing beam.
