I didn't look at the other replies, if there were any.
It looks like it was taken either in Iceland or Hawaii and is the steam
created from fresh lava flowing into the sea, coupled with a high wind
blowing it to the left.

It's pretty cool. I just wish I knew where it is and exactly what I'm
looking at. Thought about blow holes through the rocks but there
doesn't seem to be enough surf to create the cloud.
