Basically the leatherette cladding around the camera body would simply
perish in space. The foil replacement, as far as we were told, was to
reflect heat. I'm not sure whether that is true or not because we were not
allowed to test the camera and we don't know how NASA puts our OM-4Ti and
OM-3Ti through the grinder. These are very secretive heavy-browed guys we're
talking about.... :)
