Not necessarily true around here. Actually all of the work around here
is at a very high level reflected by the fact that many of the trade
glossies make a couple of trips out here a year looking for fodder. Some
of the best work is seen in the 3500-5000 sqft range. Most dedicated
home theaters/listening rooms are in the 5000' and up homes. It's nice
to see people pay for quality rather than max sqft./$$. Of course there
are those who want and can afford both.
