In auto mode the T-32 has a dial up/down thing as well.  It's called the 
ASA (ISO) scale.  On digital cameras it also works in conjunction with 
the ISO control on the camera which can also be dialed up or down or the 
aperture control on the lens which can also be tweaked up or down.

See, there's no shortage of T-32 chimping controls.
