My Odyssey Kodachromes, all shot with the OM-1 and Zuiko lenses, have returned.
I will choose the least horrible shots and scan them at 5400 d.p.i. with the
Minolta DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400, using ICE, which doesn't hurt anything and does
catch some dust, although it slows the scanning process down. I will save them
as TIFF files, then attempt sufficient post-processing in PWP Pro 4.0 and/or PS
CS to make them at least not completely embarrasing, after which I will reduce
them to the required dimensions and save them as JPEGs. I intend to have them
submitted before week's end, assuming I am not interrupted and distracted by
unmentionable occurrences.
No cats were harmed in the making of this on-topic post.
