Hi,
I'm using e-300 with MF-1 doing manual focus. It's been proven not
easy to make perfect focus in every shot, because the default focus
screen has no mechanism to guarantee in-focusness and e-300 view
finder is really small comparing with the OM line. Does anybody figure
out a good technic to manual focus in e-system ?
I've heard that there is a split image focus screen from katz for
e-300, but they also mention changing e-300 focus screen is not an
easy task and should be done by professional. The cost of the focus
screen including brightness enhancement is around $150, while my e-300
is only $299 from cameta, so I'm not sure whether the split image
focus screen is a worth investment.
