Olympus America was pretty good about it and took the time to contact
Olympus Japan for permission. Unfortunatly Olympus Japan, being the typical
corporate headquarters type of people, didn't grant permission. They just
gave a canned response of no, nothing can be published. I got the feeling
that Olympus America really didn't mind the OM material being published
but they didn't have the authority to give the go-ahead.

That's likely, I know I was coerced to give up my sources when they
threatened me. Oddly enough they did nothing about it when I pointed them
to eBay :-)
