Expect to pay import duties and VAT on the repair cost, actual or imputed if
UK Customs regard the declared costs as too low, along with the same on the
imputed import value of the camera itself unless you can prove quite
conclusively that UK taxes and duties had been paid on the camera before it
was exported to John H for repair.
