[OM] OM Give-Away-Box ready for distribution

I've completed the allocation of all of Tom Scales OM Goodies.  FYI, there were 
a total of 430 requests.

Emails will go out to the people who are getting the stuff this week.  Shipping 
via USPS Priority Mail box in the US.  $7.50 flat rate, which will cover the 
big and small, plus PayPal fees.  My cost + PayPal fees for international 
airmail shipment.
