It is quite useful, but slowly volatile and a little oily so it's not used
as a substance of abuse therefore not prohibited, as are contact cement
solvents for example. Now problem here is becoming 'pasta base', a cheap
substitute of cocaine, previous to crack when manufacturing the pure
clorhidrate. Very toxic addictive and cheap
