You can also 'export' selected mails out to various formats (Rich Text,
ASCII, Word 6.0 etc), though the resulting file can be a bit heavy going
trawling through to find specific details.

I think you have to save to a .nsf file and then convert to .pst. file.
I am not expert. Check out www.experts-exchange.com ( a great place for
technical info).
