[OM] E-1 batteries?

 I vaguely remember someone posting a link to a web page comparing
various third party E-1 (I think?) batteries for safety and the like;
I don't have that message saved, and the archives are dead, so I
can't check to make sure. 

 Does anyone else know what I'm talking about and can re-post the
link, or did I dream this?
