Eeeek! Whatever you do, don't attempt to sell it on oBoy! That
Salomon character is the one that used to get people dumped from oBoy
for even daring to offer a used Heliopan filter when he had the US
agency. It didn't seem to matter to them or him that you weren't in
the US or necessarily selling it to the US. (Go on, ask me how I
know). So don't tell him that you got it used - pretend that the
screw just fell out or he'll likely try to sue the guy who sold it to
you!
As I understand, Giotto is a Chinese knock-off (not knock-up) of that
pricey French brand Gitzo just as 'Hoffman' is a Chinese copy of
Manfrotto.
