I also changed emails (although the original is still active) and now I get
everything twice! It will not allow me to unsubscribe from my original
email address because it claims I'm not subscribed under that email,
although I continue to receive messages. I gave up and set up a rule in
Outlook to move the [OM] messages received on that email address straight
to the deleted items folder. Ironically, last week I received an
administrator message that too many messages to that address were bouncing
and that it was going to be cut off. However, I'm still receiving all the
posts on that email address!!
If anyone has a clue how to stop the posts to that old address, let me know
- I love this list, but don't need two copies of all messages!!

It worked for me, although it took two tries, when I unsubscribed from the
digest at my about-to-be-cancelled Compuserve address a couple of weeks
ago. I think if you just reply to the confirmation e-mail, including the
entire message in your reply, just like it says, you'll get unplugged. If
I can do it, anyone can.
