Piers,

I have done this, but not with this particular emulsion. The "rule of
thumb" is to extend development (at 38C) by 30 seconds for each stop,
so for 2 stops push, develop for 4m 15s at 38C.

I got a noticeable increase in grain, but otherwise usable.
