Ffordes have had one, in what sounds like very similar condition, for sale

The fact that it hasn't sold may tell you that it is overpriced; it may on
the other jand tell you that the 'must have it' buyer has not yet turned up,
but will be happy to pay the price when he does. Ffordes do sell some items
on commission, and it may well be that this is one such example - the owner
will not part with it for less than the asking price. Oh yes, you wanted to
know the price. GBP799, nearly USD1500 =-O. And if it is a commission
sale, export orders do _not_ get the 17.5% sales tax refunded. :-(
