Sorry, but I cannot bring to mind right now any historically verifiable
sources of the formation of the word and the development of its meaning.
Perhaps some Hogs could enlighten us all.
Calgary takes pride in being known as Cowtown. Perhaps cows are nicer than
hogs!
Anyhow, enough of this city bashing. Back to being OMers.
