Nor do they refer to anything that *anybody* has any connection with - the
various item numbers look to be random digits, along with the spelling of
"SitehBuilder" and "desmign".
My guess is that the references to the auction site are completely spurious,
pretending to be URLs, when the real aim is to get you to visit IP address
68.108.54.201 where there may be html files called
"61078/ws/eBayISAPI.dll&ViewItem&item=3094268099&category=75298" and
"61078/ws/eBayISAPI.dll&ViewItem&item=9176705456&category=57149". What
might they contain? I won't spoil the fun, if you're interested you can go
take a look for yourself. NOT.

"Question For Seller" and reference what appears to be an eeekBay auction.
