Do not buy an E-1 without the 14-54 lens.  It's a great lens with its 28-108 
range.  Yes, the DOF at 54mm at f/3.5 isn't going to be as shallow as a 180/2.8 
or 85/2, but you can certainly use those lenses on the E-1.   

If I were you, I'd start with the 14-54, and then decide whether you need the 
50/2 macro or 50-200 later.   

Ask on the site noted, or dp-review.com, or www.myfourthirds.com for examples 
with the 14-54 used as a portrait lens before writing it off.

The 150 f/2.0 is really a professional, sports-oriented lens, IMO.  It's the 
FOV-equivilant of a 300/2!  And it's going to be $3,000 in the U.S., so save 
your pennies.
