German film prices - Was: [OM] film development tank

Could you point me to any good mail-order film sources in Germany?  When I
visit Aachen or Koln I don't find the prices I hope for in the shops!
(compared to www.7dayshop.com for example who have Velvia 100 for under
£3.29 - about 4.70euro)
