It is all very clear now.  No wonder you are asking these risk management 
questions and depending on the list to be your "back office" guys. ebay does 
offer insurance should you wish to minimize the risk of the transaction.  Just 
do 
good sound underwriting on the front end and you can avoid most losses.  {;-)
