[OM] T adapter ring question

I have recently purchased a lens that came with a Kenlock T2 Adapter Ring.  
This ring was not attached to the lens and won't work with this particular 
lens.  Was there a T1 or perhaps T Adapter Ring which was configured a little 
differently which might be the correct T adapter for this lens?  The lens 
happens 
to be a Russian 1100mm f10.5 mirror lens.  Any help sorting the adapter issue 
out would be appreciated.  Bill Barber
