[OM] 1000mm lens case wanted

Hello list

I noticed on an earlier posting that someone remarked this was an international 
list. If so could anyone tell me where on earth I could get hold of a proper 
olympus case for my zuiko 1000mm lens! This thing is difficult to use at the 
best of times but at least if I had a box to transport it then I may be less 
tempted to leave it at home on a shelf when I go out trying to photograph the 
local wildlife.
