On the other hand their difinition is: "EX - Item shows signs of normal use
with slight markings."  It can be argued that since nearly all OM shoes are
cracked, cracks are "signs of normal use."

Still, I would think that the best description is "GOOD - Item is in working
condition with cosmetic blemishes."  Note that at worst they appear to have
misgraded it by one measure.  Camera grading scales are notorious for not
being what you would think without reading the definition.

Considering how visible the cracks are, I'd say they're playing fast and
loose with descriptions.
