I have used just about anything that comes in a can to paint pvc pipe at
various times, with no problems. there is a Krylon product that is make just
for plastic, but I don't think it is necessary here. Just use a solvent
thinned paint. A lacquer would be especially good, as the solvent will
attack the plastic, and bond itself into it.
