The shutter release was the big button on the FRONT of my Miranda Sensorex. I
don't remember what lives in the normal location of the shuttter release.
Shutter speed lives where it does on the Pentax Spotmatic, where the OM-1 has
the ASA dial. My Sensorex had a removable prizm and weighed 2.3 metric tonnes.
