Time to thin the crop:
OM 2SP S/N 1060214 with 50/1.8 S/N 5646212.
There are no mechanical or electrical problems that I have been aware of - I
have been using it for some two years now without any problem, but have had
to choose between a 2SP and a 4Ti. The 4Ti won, but it was a hard choice, as
the 2SP spot metering is much simpler to use. Cosmetically, the camera is
in excellent condition - there are a few rub marks on the edge of the
baseplate, edge of the prism housing and by the straps, but they are
unobtrusive. There is very slight horizontal play in the flash shoe. (Email
me if you want to see pics)
The 50/1.8 Zuiko includes the original rear cap and a new Olympus front cap,
all in Olympus packaging being box (an F.ZUIKO), plastic bag, foam insert
and instruction leaflet. It's an MC "miJ" mechanically, cosmetically and
optically near mint - no binding in the focussing, clean diaprhagm blades,
clean optics. (No pics - you know what they look like)
The camera comes complete with the body cap, MD cover and both TTL and sync
socket covers. And two sets of new SR-44 batteries.
T Power Control 1
Full working order, slight scratch on top cover, but no cracks in shoe or
elsewhere. Fitted with standard 50mm/T10 panel Just what you need if you
bought a Macro flash from Olympus America, only to discover what wasn't
included!
I am looking for USD200 for the 2SP, and USD175 for the TPC1. Both prices
include worldwide shipping (might cost more if you want it quicker) and
assume payment by Paypal. If you think the prices are over the top, tell
me, I'll listen!
