The author comments on longevity:
" once the filter is implanted on the sensor die it cannot be changed to
suit a different need, and color filters tend to white-bleach after extended
use, eventually becoming unusable. "
I wonder how much useage/time it takes to bleach the sensor?? You would
imagine you would have seen anguished users by now, if it really happened
quickly? If a significant problem then advantage to Foveon once again?
