[OM] Program to de-blur fuzzy pics

There is in fact such as program. Google around for deblur or something 
like that. I looked at the sample pictures and it does seem to do a decent 
job. Obviously it is better to have a sharp picture to begin with but this 
program does seem to do what it claims...
