[OM] WTB: More odds and ends

I am looking for a few other things:

1) The "stop screw" from Zuiko lenses that keeps the lens from rotating past
the release point on the camera mount.
2) A "real" olympus 1.4x extender (don't see those on e*ay.  Are they hard
to find?

I have a nice brown hard-case for the 35/2.8 if anyone is interested.
