I guess I had pretty good luck with Alibris. Last August I searched
their site for Mannheim's book and found one for $19.01 (not sure what
the .01 was there for). Shipping and handling was all of $3.50. The
book arrived in all but brand-new condition and with a perfect dust
jacket, and without a single pencil or pen mark in it. I've noticed
this with a few other books--prices all over the map. Keep looking.
