Shipping to Florida was UK11.00 (Pound Sterling "thingies"), so total price
delivered to me was UK30.00 (Pound Sterling "thingies"). I spoke with Mr.
Peter Loy at the shop and he tells me they have a few and purchased them
from Mr. Mannheim's son. I think these are the UK version of the book. It
seemed like a good deal.
