[OM] using an incident meter correctly

It is usually said that an incident meter measures the light falling on the
subject. This is correct, but incomplete. It should be "...falling on the
subject from the direction of the camera."

If you aim an incident meter at the light source itself, you will often get
underexposure. You should stand at the subject and point the dome at the
camera.
