Should go and search its technical sheet which I keep somewhere to answer
the other questions, but I'm pretty sure the quoted ones are true.
One or two observations: it doesn't feel like a sturdy construction, it
rather feels a bit flimsy; but mine never failed (I keep it in mint
condition BTW, only wish I had its hard case).
Considering what I've learned here about bokeh, I'd say its spherical
aberration at full aperture gives it a nice bokeh. Stepping down to 5.6
renders superb definition and colour rendition, can't remember annoying
flare in any picture. My 21 F3.5 OTOH has some beautiful flare in certain
conditions. Wow I'm just remembering how did I shoot la Capilla Sixtina with
the 28mm... "fine detail shown even in dark areas"
